Commercial Loan Originator -

We are currently seeking commercial loan officers with knowledge of Commercial Real Estate lending to identify new business opportunities and to build relationships with referral sources.

Responsibilities will include identifying and developing potential commercial lending opportunities through referrals, prospecting, networking and maintaining relationships with professional centers of influence along with analyzing borrowers' financial data to access credit worthiness.

This position requires:

• 2+ years' experience in commercial business development within the lending industry.

• Proven track record in new business development.

• The ability to review loan applications and supporting financial statements to determine the borrowing capacity, capitalization and match to specific loan programs.

• Strong credit analysis skills.

• A lending license is not required.

This position allows for a flexible work schedule and to work from a remote location.

 

Mortgage Loan Processor - 

​

We are currently seeking a mortgage loan processor with knowledge of Commercial Real Estate lending.

​

This position requires:

• 2+ years' experience within the lending industry

• Proven Track record and understanding of the mortgage origination process.

• Strong organizational skills and the ability to multi-task.

• The ability to review loan applications and supporting financial statements to be submitted to underwriting

• A lending license is not required.

This position would located in our Avon Connecticut office.
